What You Need to Know About Our Event Tickets:
No Refunds or Changes: Once you buy a ticket for an event, we can’t give you your money back or switch it for a different event. This is always our rule.
Option for Store Credit: Can't go to the event? You can ask for store credit instead, but you need to do this 15 days before the event. This only works if your ticket didn't come with any special conditions. Tickets with special deals or gifts don't get store credit.
Getting Store Credit: Want store credit? Email us at [Your Customer Service Email]. But remember, we can't give back any fees you paid.
Hotel Room Policy: If your ticket includes a hotel room, that part can't be refunded or switched to another event.
Reserve Your Spot: After buying your ticket, make sure to reserve your spot. If you don’t, you might only get store credit instead of attending.
Safety First: We follow all laws. If needed for safety, we might refund tickets or not let someone into an event.
Event Rules: If you got your ticket from us, remember you can't change it or get a refund. Make sure you use it within the time we say.
At the Event: Bring an ID that matches your ticket name. We might check your bags. If you don’t want to be checked, we might not let you in, and there will be no refund or credit.
No Unapproved Ticket Sales: Don’t sell your ticket in a way that's against our rules. If you do, you might not be able to buy from us again.
Special Event Areas: If you buy a special area at our event, like a table, you can’t sell places there or give it to someone else.
Right to Remove People: If someone at the event isn't acting right, we can ask them to leave. No refunds or credits in this case.

What Happens if You Miss a Payment: If you don't make a payment, we'll have to stop your purchase. You won’t get back the money you already paid. Also, if it's something online, you won't be able to use it anymore.
Paying for Event Tickets: If you're paying for an event ticket in parts, make sure to pay everything 30 days before the event starts. If you don't finish paying in time, you won't get to use the ticket. But we will give you store credit for what you've paid until 30 days before the event.
Surprise Bonuses on What You Buy:
When We Add a Special Extra: If you buy anything from us – like stuff, a ticket for an event, or something digital – and later we start giving away a bonus or a free gift with it, don’t worry. You’ll get that extra treat too!
Time Frame for the Bonus: We’ll make sure you get your bonus or free gift while we still have them around, or for up to 3 months after you bought your item, whichever happens first.
What Happens When You Return Stuff with Freebies:
Return Item and Gift Together: If you're sending back something that came with a free bonus or gift, you need to return both – the main thing you bought and the free extra.
